As our customer C&G Technical Group agrees to adhere to the following:

Recommend corrective and maintenance services with an explanation of work performed.

Provide customers a price for work to be performed.

Obtain prior authorization for all work in writing.

Make every effort to keep the customer informed about deliverables and completion deadlines.

Furnish an itemized Invoice for the work performed.

Warranty all work for at least 30 days.

Our goal is to make your experience friendly and successful.

Attempts to make updates correct the first time and call for clarification.

Maintain a system for fair settlement of customer complaints.

Cooperate with established consumer compliant mediation recommendations.

Assist any customer that has been taken advantage of by someone within our industry.

Uphold the high standards of our profession and seek to correct any and all abuses within our industry.
